In 2025, Cairo recorded an average congestion level of 40.5 percent, with drivers losing about 74 hours to rush-hour traffic over the year, according to the multinational company TomTom’s Traffic Index, which offers real-time traffic data. Nehal Raafat, 29, a marketer, toldContinue reading "Driving in Cairo Runs on Power, Fear and Flashing Lights"
